By accessing or using Rehlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including guests and hosts.
To use Rehlo, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Guests may book stays through Rehlo by paying 30% of the total price upfront to confirm their reservation. The remaining 70% is due on arrival. All payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed before booking confirmation.
Hosts must provide accurate listing descriptions, photos, and pricing. All hosts are required to complete identity verification through our CNIC verification system. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their properties meet local safety and legal requirements.
Guests must treat host properties with respect and follow the house rules set by the host. Any damage caused during a stay may be the financial responsibility of the guest. Guests should report any discrepancies between the listing and the actual property.
Users may not use Rehlo for any unlawful purpose, post fraudulent or misleading listings, harass or threaten other users, attempt to bypass our payment system, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
Rehlo acts as a marketplace connecting guests and hosts. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, the behavior of users, or disputes between parties. While we strive to verify all listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by hosts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, outstanding payments will be settled according to our payment policies.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of Rehlo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
